Clever is a company that provides a means for a variety of different school apps to easily sync data from our SIS(Aeries). They provide the ability to do Single Sign On(SSO). By logging into their portal, you are able to click the links within their portal to log into the different school apps(ie; Lexia, Benchmark, etc.) without the need to enter username and passwords for each app, every time you want to log in.

 

Our district currently uses what are called Clever Badges for TK-2nd grade students to easily log into Chromebooks using a QR code("Badge"), and then log into the different apps from within the Clever portal without the need of having to type in passwords for each app(if the app is compatible).

 

 

1 - Log into Clever portal(Clever - RBUESD Portal) using your Google account.

2 - Once logged in, you need to make sure to click the "Classes" tab at top, Not the "Get Clever Class Resources" button.

 

 

 

 

 

2 - Click the big image with your name. This will take you to the new Classroom/Badge portal.

 

 

 

3 - On this screen, you can see which students are currently logged into Clever, print badges for entire class(Top right button ("Download Class Set of Badges") or select a student and download a badge for that specific student(Bottom right ("Download Badge")
