On-Screen Keyboard
To try and resolve the issue of the On-Screen Keyboard popping up when trying to type within Google Chrome browser.
1 - Click the Start menu at bottom left of screen, then click the Settings button (Gear icon)

2 - Click the "Devices" button

3 - Select the "Typing" option on the left menu bar

4 - If the "Show the touch keyboard when not in tablet mode and there's no keyboard attached" option is "On", turn it "Off". If it is off, then turn it on, and then back off.
