Public Comment:

Public comment is in real-time. Any person desiring to address the Board of Trustees concerning a topic on the agenda should complete the "Agenda Item Speaker" card and give it to the Superintendent before the meeting. For those who wish to speak virtually, click on the 'Raise Hand' icon, via Zoom.

The Board President also may limit or prohibit multiple presentations by the same individuals(s) on the same topic. Please understand that by law (Government Code 54954.2) and Board Bylaw #9323, the School Board shall take no action or discussion on any item not appearing on the agenda, except as authorized by law (Education Code 351445.5) and these matters of concern will be referred to the District Superintendent's office.

Notice: Any person with a disability may request this agenda be made available in an appropriate alternative format. RBUESD Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 5:30 pm at Red Bluff Union Elementary School District Office at 1775 Airport Blvd., Red Bluff, CA 96080

Red Bluff Union Elementary School District is holding a Public Hearing, per Education Code 35294.2(e), to present the recommended changes to the Comprehensive School Safety Plan, at which time members of the public will be given the opportunity to ask questions and make comments regarding the Districtwide School Safety Plan.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 5:30 p.m. at the District Office, 1755 Airport Boulevard, Red Bluff, CA

Copies of the document will be available to the public from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. beginning on Thursday, February 6, 2025, at the District Office.
