The Board President also may limit or prohibit multiple presentations by the same individuals(s) on the same topic. Please understand that by law (Government Code 54954.2) and Board Bylaw #9323, the School Board shall take no action or discussion on any item not appearing on the agenda, except as authorized by law (Education Code 351445.5) and these matters of concern will be referred to the District Superintendent's office.

RBUESD Public Hearing will be held Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 5:30 pm at Vista Preparatory Academy at 1770 South Jackson Street, Red Bluff, CA 96080

 
Red Bluff Union Elementary School District is holding a Public Hearing regarding the reduction of instructional days for the Extended School Year program for 2024-25. The local education agency (LEA) requests to be allowed to provide instruction in fewer than the 20 days required by law for an extended school year (ESY). The LEA proposes an alternate schedule that will allow them to provide the number of hours required but in fewer days.

A public hearing is required by the California Department of Education for such a waiver.

The Public Hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. in the Library at Vista Preparatory Academy, 1770 South Jackson Street, Red Bluff, CA.
